Legislation by two Republicans would apply if a court allows the 11-month-old Charlie Gard and his parents to seek treatment in the United States.

The coalition, led by Gov. Jerry Brown of California and Michael Bloomberg, a former mayor of New York, said it will work with experts to try to meet the targets of the Paris climate deal.
